Our mission at BPI is to perform high quality Pre-Purchase Reports, Pre-Sale Building Reports and Timber Pest Inspections and provide detailed, accurate and understandable reports. These reports assist a purchaser in making the correct decision in purchasing a property. BPI has qualified Building & Timber Pest Consultants in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Major Regional Centres throughout Queensland. BPI provides a totally impartial and confidential Building & Timber Pest Inspection service and does not have any direct affiliation with real estate agents or pest control operators and as independent Consultants we act for you, the client, to ensure that all diagnostic and rectification procedures are both practical and cost effective. We aim to provide an extremely prompt service, subject to access to the property. Reports can be express posted, faxed or Emailed direct to you to avoid any delays.

All our consultants have full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance as required by the Building Services Authority and are members of the QMBA Institute of Building Consultants & the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association.
